Long-chain nylons are a subgroup of polyamides with longer aliphatic chain segments between the amide (-CONH-) linkages. Unlike short-chain nylons (e.g., PA6, PA66), which have shorter repeating units, long-chain nylons have more carbon atoms in their monomers, making them more flexible, chemically resistant, and moisture-resistant.

- Jedamid 500 series (Polyamide 610)
- Jedamid 600 series (Polyamide 612) – Balances toughness, flexibility, and moisture resistance.
- Jedamid L series (High flexibility, lower moisture absorption than Polyamide 12, more robust chemical resistance than PA12, and properties can be “tuned” for the application.
